Hi, I'm still having the 'log on' issue that PN claims to have fixed. I have tried it with two different accounts and it still says my username or password is incorrect when I attempt to log on, a second attempt is always successful. Why should PN say that something is fixed when it quite obviously isn't..

This problem has been in existence for a number of weeks now and I have no idea why Plusnet cannot resolve it. Apathy perhaps?
