Hi, I'm still having the 'log on' issue that PN claims to have fixed. I have tried it with two different accounts and it still says my username or password is incorrect when I attempt to log on, a second attempt is always successful. Why should PN say that something is fixed when it quite obviously isn't..

It makes the statistics look better if you say something is fixed then reopen a new issue for the same problem.

Par for the course these days I'm afraid Chris.

This problem has been in existence for a number of weeks now and I have no idea why Plusnet cannot resolve it. Apathy perhaps?
