Portal Error Pages ...

I am trying to see my Connection Settings page, i.e. https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=myconnection&?membermenu=connectionsettings

One in 3 attempts to see this I am getting directed to https://portal.plus.net/error.html

Actually just noticed the error is 100% when I access the VMBU tool @ https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php

The connection setting page works fine for me, but I do get that message on the VMBU page.

Are you on BBYW too? (It hasn't worked since I was switched to BBYW on Sunday).

The VMBu maintenance is supposedly finished now. However, I still can't access my VMBU. I get the message:

This might be because your account is new, or your usage has been reset for a new billing month.

It can take up to 2 hours for your usage to show up - please check again later.


I've been on BBYW since Sunday. Is this a problem affecting other BBYW users?
