Port 4302 - is it throttled ?

Hi,

What are you trying to use this port for? Our traffic management system uses more than just ports to detect different types of traffic and assign them an appropriate priority.

So, for example BitTorrent would be picked up as BitTorrent whether it ran on port 6881 or something else. Same thing with most other traffic, it matches it to a traffic signature from deep packet inspection rather than the port.

A standard http call to a web site that publishes some information via a specific port (in this case 4302). So, standard web browsing in other words, during off-peak.
