I was sent a faulty wireless router so PlusNet said they would send a replacement but they haven't done so even though we have e-mailed them many times and even though they have promised to act on my complaint. I subscribed because they were recommended by "Which?" as a best buy - I don't think so! Has anyone else had this problem?
It looks like there was an issue with the returns process here, as its normally a fairly swift system. I've had a word with one of the guys who deals with this, and they're going to look into it and post a response on the ticket for you.
