Very disappointed. Plusnet's previous excellent customer service has disintegrated recently. I used to be able to 'talk' to someone at Plusnet, now I just get endless:
Press 1 for something you never asked for
Press 2 to get seriously annoyed
Press 3 because there isn't the you the option you want
Press 4 to go to the next list of inane options
I have referred about 4 people to Plusnet in the past 2 months (2 in the last fortnight). Now I am getting it in the neck from one of the people I have referred as they haven't received their modem even though apparently it has been dispatched over a week ago. The tracking number given is unrecognised by the Royal Mail's website.
I sent an email to Plusnet on Thursday morning, but it is still open and has not been responded to.
