Poor connection

No 19477658 It is now 5th July I have been complaining since early June and have open questions as long as my arm. B.T have visited and found no fault here but conceded there was a line fault Plusnet say they were told there was no fault .Who do I beleive ,a few days after this visit I had perfect service for a week ,now it is back where it was a month ago. Plusnet have now told me again to check my home wires etc B.T man could not get a continuous signal from their socket ,so what can I do ?? My neighbour has perfect connection with B.T and his is the same distance People who reply for the fault team do not apear to have read the history.Up for 20minutes now!!!
