Plusnets ticket system

Is the Plusnet ticket system still operational?

Just over a week ago I had a response to my ticket id:21467841 which reads "This has been passed to the correct pool for actioning". Since then, nothing. I requested via PM for it to be given a 'kick'. despite the PM being read still Nothing.

I have now sent another request via PM to James, Knowing how James works I think I should receive a positive response PDQ.

It annoys me to think that the only way of getting results is to PM people like James and Mand, thank goodness they are around and approachable!!
