Plusnet extra services only?

Partly because it seems my usage no longer aligns with the type of user plusnet would like to retain and partly because I'm getting a fairly good deal from a relative who works for another ISP I've decided to MAC out of here, but I'd like to retain my fax2email and domain hosting.

I'm sure Plusnet used to offer a service to users of other ISPs so you could host email and stuff without having a full broadband account - I think it was a few quid a month. Does anyone know if it's still possible? And what's offered?

Cheers

Geoff

PAYG Premier costs £4.99, which offers CGI, MySQL, Webspace and allows you to FTP from a different ISP (which isn't allowed on PAYG Standard).

Dial-up PAYG Premier @ £4.99 is what you were thinking of I suspect.

I found it (by searching the forums for auth smtp, bizarrely, since that was when I last saw it discussed) and it's here:

£3.49 (for the "Advanced" service) gives me the same thing, I think. Is there any way I can request a MAC and drop down to that level?

Not quite, though, only one domain name hosted, it seems. That's ok though - only one of my domains needs to stay where it is (the registration company has stopped responding to contact so I either keep it where it is or lose it).

The "communication" option at http://www.plus.net/btbroadband/business_services.html would actually do what I need too, but I'm not sure I could get that (as a private user).
