Plusnet customers [ as opposed to all their other ones]

According to a Force 9 status report this afternoon NO Plus Net customers were affected by this
--WHAT !!! I told them first thing this morning

According to the 14.18 plus.net status report they have only just realised that any Plusnet customers have been affected

IF they are taking 6 hours to work out who has been affected despite being told in plain English WHAT chance is there that they are going to find the cause of the problem LET along solve it

Its continues to beggar belief

AND NOT SERVICE HAS RESUMED HERE YET
