Plusnet Voted 1 of the 5 top ISP

The survey only covered 9 ISP's.

Most of whom purchase a service from Epitiro, all through not PlusNet.

Who was casting the "votes"?

Not that it matters, CURRENT customers experience is how to judge the CURRENT service.

The way epitiro works is they have a number of anonymous test lines with several ISPs and they perform testing on them. There is no 'voting' as such.

Surely the joke of the year !!!
Now if it where the top 5 worst ISP's I might believe it.

There must be some legal way we can get PN shut down for good - watchdog might be a good start.

I don't think it's over the top at all - when a company becomes as bad as pn have they don't deserve to be allowed to continue trading, to continue to suck new, unsuspecting people in to their pathetic games.
I stand by what I said - PN should be forced to shut down.

Hmmmm "Joined: 05 Jun 2002" and given that apart from the required 30 days notice..... you probably don't have any contractual oblications so it raises the question in my mind....... why are you still here?

I'd rather you didn't, I like my ISP thanks

It can be a bit of a PITA at times, but it's still the best I've ever been with.
