Plusnet Support Changes - New Forum Model Not Working

Is the lack of responses to the new forum indicative of the problem with taking the forum outside of the normal channels?

The forum you have linked to there ( http://usergroup.plus.net/forum ) is actually the forum for the Plusnet User Group. This is a group of Customers who approach Plusnet with issues and seek answers.
If you have a problem then yes it is worth asking there also as someone may well know the answer, if not and if its been happening for x while or the problem is new it would also be raised to Plusnet.

This forum is here to stay dont worry.

The point I am making is that 3 replies to such a major post indicates that this forum is the equivalent of a railway sleeper rather than a main line.

Hi Gerry

Not 100% sure which particular thread you are referring to, but if it is the email thread, a quick browse of the UserGroup forum will reveal that this subject is and has been heavily discussed and indeed a campaign / discovery process is currently underway.

This section might give a better idea of what is happening

Hope that clarifies things for you.

I think he may be referring to the announcement made here by Alistair Wyse, which contains a link to one of the PUG forums. The link is right at the very end of the last paragraph.
