Plusnet Staff comment re plustalk please

I have outstanding tickets on the above and the service appears to have been down for the last couple of days.

Given that plustalk tickets seem to be ignored by support could someone from Plusnet please comment on current plustalk service and when it is likely to be available again.

This has been an issue for at least 2 days now.

I think Plusnet should review how they manage the resilience of this service. This is not the 1st time this has happened and the recognition of the problem by plusnet always takes a number of days.

It does not appear to be treated as a core service despite the advertising and the "free calls" included with packages.

I like the service status note - "Our Engineers have identified ...." - Surely this should say "Some of our users have identified .....!" LOL

lol - valid point.

I think it's partially my fault as I didn't see any faults regarding Broadband Phone in here yesterday, and partly the CSC's fault for not highlighting this issue and it's partly Networks' fault for not picking up on this automatically.
