Plusnet/Force9 IP range in blacklist?

When checking my IP against openrbl.org I note that someone called bliab.com appears to have a block against 212.159.121.*

This appears to stem from three customers in this block with current "open relay" blacklistings.

Plusnet/Force9 IP range in blacklist?

Hi there,

Are you actually getting problems because of this? Do you know where these are blocked? I have passed this information onto the Network team but they generally only investigate claims from the affected IP user. I imagine if it is because of an open relay, we will have already notified them to this vulnerability.

kind regards

Luke

Plusnet/Force9 IP range in blacklist?

I don't believe it's an immediate problem.

I've seen no evidence that this "bliab.com" list is actually in use anywhere, and I would be unlikely to use a list that blacked a whole IP range on the basis of three suspected relays within it.
