Good Evening,

I'd like to point out here that the article you refer to is almost 2 years old. Myself and my colleagues have responded on this issue many times in the past, we have learned lessons from that experience and we believe we are delivering a better service as a result.

Do you have a service issue that you would like us to investigate?

I was aware that it was two years old, but to be honest I was just trying to get your attention! I am having terrible trouble trying to conatct you, my conatact us tickets never seem to get a decent response and as for trying to phone you well current waiting times are in excess of 40 mins.

I am getting slow connections the last couple of days and wondered why?


I also wanted to confirm that there was no limit on the amount that I upload and download in one day!

I would appreciate a response!

Apologies for the delay you've experienced in receiving a response from Support, this is something we are working on as a priority to address.

There is no limit on the amount of data you may upload/donwload per day. Regarding the slow speeds you are experiencing, have you tried adjusting your MTU settings as described here:
