PlusNet dont want to talk to me

I want to leave Pusnet after 5 years.
But I am finding it impossiable to contact them.
Ive e-mailed them as requested but after 24 hours no reply.
Ive rang their 0845 140 0200 number three times, each time trying differant directions through their electronic switchboard. each time they just cut me off at the end of the menues.
This company has gone downhill lately, what is going on with them?
Seems to me they just dont want to know once they have you signed up.
I am now changeing to an ISP that has a normal local phone number and answers the phone when I need them.

Does anyone please have a phone number that I can get through to a humam because they seem to be listed as EX directory. Evil

I think you have to raise a ticket to get your MAC. Not sure it will be any quicker though.

Don't be surprised if it takes a while-- supposedly it's "all hands to the tickets!" at PlusNet Towers at the moment which is why not much is being seen of the Comms Team on the forum

I guess it must be worse than a General Election at vote counting time! Wink

And the standard of ticket response is pretty dire too! Cry

I requested my MAC around midday on Thursday, and had received it at 18:38 the following day! I was pretty impressed with the response. Now just have to see how LLU migration works... and decide who to move to!
