Please look at my ticket!!! - Q20207969

After 8 weeks of constant phoning to BT the line marker has finally been removed from the phone line so plusnet can complete my house move and get broadband installed, but plusnet seem to be ignoring my ticket (Q20207969)!

Over a week since I added a comment about the good news, and no reply!

Then again, they have been charging me without providing any service for the past 2 months, so why would they be in any hurry, they're quite literally getting money for doing nothing...

Because you have waited so long you can try requesting the help from the comms team. comms@commsteam.plus.com

I have used this support before and are very good at getting dragging problems sorted quicker.
