Please answer ticket 20174809

I have asked several times during the course of the ticket whether I have been migrated to Tiscalis LLU given that I have not had a service for 3 weeks but I cannot get a straight Yes/No. Now I have asked for my MAC I am told I need an LLU MAC key. Have I been migrated without my knowledge? Is there anybody out there who can answer a simple question with a straight forward answer?
