Hi, to any CS watching the boards, can you please action ticket 19520316 and close the fault that has been logged with BT.
They for some reason have messed up and my phone number has changed. (I imagine crossed wires at the exchange! ).
This is the probable cause of my ADSL outage.
I have called BT and they say they can not open > 1 fault on a line at any one time. So I need you to close the fault with BT, and I can then raise a new fault to hopefully get the numbers switched back and get my ADSL max back to normal. (Hopefully!!!!!!!)
You can close this thread as soon as you have actioned the ticket.
I've passed this through to one of our faults agents for you, so that he can get this fault closed off on your behalf. Then tomorrow you should be able to raise the fault through to Retail on your phone lines.
