Phone support

I've a suggestion that I think everyone would love to see implimented.
How about employing 50 more people to add to the single one you have at present, answering our tech problems on the phone?
Several times this week I've tried to ring, only to find a pre-recorded message saying that the waiting time for an operative is estimated to be 20 minutes!
This is simply not good enough!!!!!
