Peak time allowance...

I've just had an email from Plusnet telling me that I have hit 11Gb and that if I reach 13Gb I'll be capped.

On the 28th of July I had an email saying that my 15Gb limit is being increased to 20Gb!

Can someone please tell me whether it is 13, 15 or 20Gb peak time allowance per month.

Thanks.

well I had the same email - so cap is 20GB

However, when it was 15Gb, restrictions started at 13Gb - supposedly to "assist" you with not going over the 15GB

So I would expect restrictions to kick in now at around 13/15*20 = 17.3Gb (say 17)

What is your current peak usage. If 11, then it looks like your settings have not been changed appropriately. If it is actually 14-15, then the letter is out of date.

On the 28th of July I was told that my peak time allowance was 20Gb but I'm guessing now that this means that they cut you off at 20Gb and just slow you down gradually from 13Gb onwards!
