Peak Time Change BB+

Wouldn't it have been good customer relations for Plusnet to have put everyone on the new 4pm-Midnight from now?
New customers can join now and get it while existing ones have to wait until their next billing date.
Yet another example of existing customers losing out to new ones Sad
I've now got to wait until the 23rd April.
Bit of a kick in the teeth after all the hassle lately.

Not at all. We're moving everyone over in accordance with your billing date. If you think about it, this is because your bandwidth levels are reset on your billing date, so this avoids confusion, heartache and shouting Wink

I know about the billing date thing.
Still think you could have implemented it now but I'm getting used to this sort of thing happening at Plusnet.....

I suppose they could have assumed that all your peak time usage so far this month was peak time under the new regime.

I think someone who had used 4GB on BB+ under the old regime of 5GB would have been delighted to be transferred over and placed straight on reduced speeds because they had exceeded 3GB.

elvin..I'm not talkking about usage I@m refering to Peak Time changes.
Currently 8am - Midnight.
New 4pm - Midnight.
If "New" was implemented now then people have from 8am -4pm as Off Peak.
This would help a lot as 8hours currenly counted as Peak would be counted as Off Peak ( no 3gb limit!)
