PPP Problems!

My router hasn't been able to connect to the Internet for over a day now. I'm definitely using the correct username and password. I ran my router's troubleshooting tool and it said that the PPP server connection failed. I thought it might be to do with the "intermittent broadband authentication problem" (31813), but apparently that's been resolved.

I've logged a support ticket but in the mean time (and it's a long time), I thought I'd ask if anyone here is having the same problem.

Something like that happened to us on Monday which was our billing date. After scratching my head a bit I powered the router down and up again a couple of times with no noticeable change then, while I was scratching my head again and running the router diagnostics, it all started working so I breathed a sigh of relief and uncrossed my fingers! :?

Bizarrely that seems to have fixed it! It's strange because I'd already rebooted the router several times.
