PN gone to the dogs - Where do I cancel my account on line

From the Help Assistant Page

SELECT Customer Services & Billing

SELECT Account Management

SELECT Move to another Broadband Provider (ISP)
Request a MAC Key.

You can take it from there........

The OP did say cancel rather than migrate, so the final step should actually be "Cancel My Product"

Blimey - Has PlusNet been so bad that he never want to connect to the internet again?

Fair Point though...

I think that a wireless card, a pringles can and reliance on an unsecured network in your area is less problematic than PlusNet at present.

PN gone to the dogs - Where do I cancel my account on line

Hey Guess what:-

PN rang me yesterday, Tuesday and said I was a valued customer
I found it hard not to laugh Smiley

I feel sorry for the guys that work their, they must take a lot of stick.

My lost internet connection had not been noted, but now it seems that because I look to migrate it has now become a bit of a prioty (wonder why).

All this hassle, and one phone call from them or to them, if you can get to talk with anyone, would have been enough!!!!
