Hi re my ticket ID 20083538

25/08. reply notifying me... requested interleaving turned , can take 5 days

28/07. reply (internal).. BTW in process of completing order ref. 1-E1H235

28/08. reply notifying me... interleaving in process of being submitted will not complete until 29/08

yesterday 05/08, by chance, i noticed a hidden service notice among old tickets dated 03/09 ...
03/09 generic modify transaction ... has been accepted and BT are now processing it.

The button appeared on my connections page 27/28 th
i have received no confirmation as to whether interleaving is on/off despite a request for this.
it is important in order that EU can monitor fault and refer to date of interleaving should future probs arise

Hope you can clarify this

sorry to bump this but i really do need to know if
1. interleaving is now on ?
2. if not i need notification of when it will be on ?

Hi,

Interleaving is current set to "on" for your line, which was done a couple of days ago. However it can take up to about 5 days for it to take effect. I'd recommend rebooting your router/modem once a day to cause a resync and it should pick it up shortly.
