I've had a ticket open regarding our jlpsundermeadph2 plusnet account since September, and I keep posting asking for updates but have not had an answer since last week - can someone chase!?! Thanks.

Hi there,

I've asked someone from BOT to look into the current delays. It could well be down to the fact that we were forced to send a manual order to BT, rather than using their ordering system, which often presents delays.

I strictly only post in Community Support I'm afraid.

I have just had a response on this ticket, saying 'BT still haven't placed the order' - is there not a way of getting more information, or for me to be able to contact BT to chase this...!?
