Open contact us ticket

Hi,

I've got an open ticket whilst my regrade from 512 to 1Mb goes through (and don't worry, I'm not going to complain about the delay - I understand things must be a bit busy in this department at the moment ;-))

It has just been updated with the following:-

Quote
We would like to inform you that your Contact Us Ticket ID [ 13372189 ] has now been returned to the P&F - DSL Regrades pool. A member of our Support Team will investigate your issue as soon as possible.


Does this mean I need to do something or is it simply that BT have finished with it and it is now up to F9 to complete the regrade? Or what?!

Hi there,

It simply means that the ticket has come off hold and one of the provisioning team will take a look at it today.
