One week and no answer to ticket ID: 20421627

I have made the not unreasonable request of asking not to be billed for a service Plusnet are no longer supplying. But no one can be bothered to answer my ticket.

If anyone from support reads this can you please answer this or I will have to go back to Ofcom, again as you are billing me for a service that has been cancelled and you are not providing. I might be wrong but I presume thats illegal?
