Oh dear.

I was talking to the 8 other plusnet customers I know at work today. The ones who recommended plusnet, and the ones I signed up.

We are all exceedingly unhappy with the service we now get from plusnet - compared to a couple of months ago. Can't download the latest Lost, browsing slower than dial, dropouts and voip that sounds like you have a bucket over your head.

Plusnet blame this on congestion at the barrow, cockermouth and beckermet exchanges, though this congestion doesn't seem to effect demon, pipex or other ISPs customers.

Looks like we'll be migrating once we find the right ISP.

I know its only £1500 a year or so to +net, so I don't really expect them to be crying into their £70 mil.

Oh dear.

Yes i'm having the same problems,seems plusnet don't care,just pass the problem back saying all isp's are suffering.That's funny i'm the only one in the close on +net all on the same exchange and i'm the only one suffering!!
