I have just passed my monthly billing date by 4 days and I am currently getting a download speed of 1.3 kbs, this service gets worse by the day, thought my limits and speeds should have been reset after my billing date but its almost impossible to download anything. This lot needs to sort themselves out before I like many others will inform our banks to pull the plug on payments, I'm not having this and they can stick the contract where the sun don't shine, we signed for a service that has went from good to unacceptable, don't think a contract means much if they change it just when they feel like it.
