Notice to Support

Well PlusNet finally almost a month after my line should have been usable, it is now working. Thank you very much for sorting out my problem with BT. I really mean it. Now all that is left is the compensation thingy... could you tell me what do do about that please?

I'm not quite sure George, though it was definatly somethin to do with my local exchange. I lost trtack of the problem personally at the stage when the card to which my line was connected to was reset in the early hours one morning. It just started working today, after my phone line (both the telephony and ADSL parts) went down.
