Not too quick to enable users

I have 2 clients waiting an ADSL service. One is an upgrade from a dial up account located in Norwich and the other is a housemove located in Liverpool.
Both were due for activation on 20th and neither has happened. Is this just coincidence or part of something more fundamental?

That has usually been the case, but in this instance it seems odd that 2 gegraphically unrelated users are suffering a delay.

Has there been any info added to the tickets on either account?

The house move does tend to be problematic but the new activation should be trackable via the online order tracker and the account tickets.

Either way the tickets should be the first place to check for an update.
