After I migrated from metronet on the 2nd july my donwload speed dropped by 50% ! Despite several messages etc the problem still exists. I am now moving at the end of July and have been told that because of this the fault will not be progressed or fixed However if it still exists at my new property they will look into it again......great so if the problem is still there I will have to suffer indefinately until it is fixed!! Not the way to keep a customer, believe me if it is still there I won't be. Whatever happened to fixing the problems rather than hoping they go away?
