Non-Existent Service/Supply

Last Saturday I could measure a bandwidth of 5700. Over the last few days it has reduced to 1800. And tonight I am getting 580. I raised a Question and eventually got the standard response about BT's exchanges being at fault(which I had seen already). This is NOT Customer Support.

If I reduced my monthly subscription to reflect the reduction in service I wonder what PN's response would be? Dead right! They would be happy to have one less whinging customer. They just want uncomplaining grannies.

I also had that response blaming BT.

I wonder what BT would say about this slander?

PN do not want to deal with you. They have thousands of us trapped with defferred payment charges and now they think that they can just keep us all paying and provide no service. It's sick isn't it.

Don't go expecting a real genuine answer though because you won't get one.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!
