No response on my service set up

Pls can someone reply me.I signed up to have broadband with plusnet.I have tracked my service order and it says there is a fault with my tel line.Since then i have tried to get in touch with Plusnet to no avail.Please can someone reply me or i shld go ahead and cancel service.

Do you have a ticket/question ID raised for this? If so please post it as it will allow PN to respond to it much quicker.

HELP ME PLS

I wrote my complaint and message in the morning and am yet to get a reply from PN or anybody on the matter.I signed up on Tuesday based on a friend who recommended them,but now am regretting i did.
I checked my order online and it says there is a fault on my line since tuesday,i have gone ahead to call BT to check my line and they say my line is okay.
Can someone pls tell me what is happening?I called the nos on the website and waited almost 30mins before i gave up.
