Can someone look into a problem with lack of delivery of modem/routers for new sign-ups? My referral's broadband connection went live on 19.4.07 but she has still not received her equipment. This did not occur with my other referrals so might be a new glitch in the system. I have set her up with my spare Voyager after an initial line fault but this needs to be addressed as it does not look good for the company. I hope that we will receive this tomorrow (23.4.07).
