I have had no intertnet connection for a week now and wondered if anyone else is having similar problems ? I've called the helpline well over 100 times in total but only managed to get through three times (it normally asks you to call back later). The three people I've spoken to have given vague answers, muted apologies for 'failed automated testing systems' and no feedback at all as to what is going on. Presumabley they must be inundated with problems unless there are ony three people on their support desk! Am I being unreasonable or would anyone else be frustrated if they were without internet for a week without any explanation as to what is going on or what the procedure is to rectify it ?
Not impressed with their customer service at all.
