I dont seem to be getting much joy from PlusNet Support on getting my broadband back on. (Support ticket 21064277).
Admittedly the disconnection was not the fault of PlusNet, but trying to get PlusNet to resolve this is becoming impossible. There just seems to be no progress and no update on my support ticket in the last 3 days. Furthermore my original support ticket raised on Wed 10th has disappeared!
BT already advised this is simple to resolve but that this needs a CRF emailed to them from PlusNet. Had we been dealing with BT direct, they would have had us back online that same day. Now its day 6 and my business is suffering.
Its very disappointing, I opted for a business package because my understanding was that problems would be resolved quickly and to some kind of SLA. I dont think they exist.
If its not resolved by this time tomorrow, I will be looking to leave PlusNet and will recommend that my existing referrals follow suit.
