No! Please! You said you wouldn't Max me and now you are!

I've just received an email telling me I'm going to be Maxed, despite the fact that Mand Beckett told me on this board that she had instructed that I shouldn't be upgraded at all.
What's gone wrong?

Please don't allow this. I've emailed Support but I don't know whether they will respond or take the appropriate action.

Please may I have a response before it's too late.

I do not want to be Maxed and I had been assured I wouldn't be.

Thank you, Simon

Correct decision doc!!
I urge anyone else to request the same.
Everything was fine (except the [censored] emails) before I was maxed, since then I have never had so many problems. It never connects first time now, forever clicking redial, takes between 5 and 10 mins for me to connect.
I have never had so many disconnections, 2 already today and that's without downloading torrents which is when it always happens.

OK Guys - There could be a number of causes of this.

I've raised an internal problem (36371) to the person repsonsible for this and left a message for him in our internal forums for his attention on Monday morning.

If we have made an error here and placed the order incorrectly, we should be able to cancel that, or in the worst case scenario, move you back to a non maxed connection in a day or so.

I'll let you know the outcome.
