No DSL, no dial tone

I'm getting no dial tone and no modem DSL light, connecting via the old dial up to write this.

Can PN look into it. Never had the DSL modem light go out and the connection dialog say "no dial tone" before for broadband.

Not sure how to proceed?

Still nothing. Not saying it is PN, but can't think what to do.

Brixton exchange by the way.

Any ideas?

Hi,

I'd suggest first to check all of your wiring and filters, make sure everything's set correctly and nothing's been accidently plugged in or unplugged.

From there if it's still the same raise it as a fault via our automated fault checker under connection settings on the left.

Done all the tests. Says "inconclusive".

Anyone else had the DSL light just go out suddenly and no broadband atall?

Any ideas what might be wrong appreciated. Smiley
