No Connection, no help, no bloody good

I have had no connection all day. I have raised a ticket 20087319, to which I have had the reply the the fault checker is inconclusive. The will monitor my fault. I have tried 2 different modems as well as my router, no of wich will sync. I have tried phoning the support number, failed to get through for 3 attempts, then on hold for 49 minutes only to be cut off. Now all I get is a message saying the number has a fault.
They emailed me the 0808 free access number, but this will not allow me to log in. I keep getting the error that the user is unknown on the domain.
The only way I can access this site is by using my 3g phone as a modem which is dam expensive.
Can any of the support staff in here have a look at my ticket, and let me know what exactly is being done to resolve this.
