Nice one Plusnet :-) No More Spam (almost)

I'm not sure what has been done exactly but my spam has nearly been eliminated Cheesy
I use Outlook and have tried for ages now to make up rules to stop the spam, but even so I always got aprox 30 - 60 per day! mainly the ones with images instead of text, but since Plusnet have done something :? Cheesy I average about 3 per day now Cheesy and so far today I have had none! Shocked Smiley Cheesy
Cheers PN
Keep up the good work.

Nice innit.

My mail marked Spam is going into the Spam Folder ok.
But today I got Spam which is not identified as Spam.
How do I now get this spam back to PlusNet so their setup will recognise this lot as Spam in the near future?

Done Cheesy (and sincerely glad to be able to close off the password issue... assuming that's what you're referring to?)

Because of the hassle of changing ISP? However, sorting through all the spam may be more hassle.

The amount of spam for my account has really reduced the last few days... hope I am not tempting fate.

I don't want to tempt fate either, but I must congratulate PlusNet on the changes they have made to the mail system to help filter spam. I haven't received any since last Thursday when the new system went live and no mail has been wrongly labelled for me yet - though without this forum I would never have found my spam mailbox on squirrel mail!!

I'm sure the guys at PN have been working very hard recently but I don't feel that congratulations are in order quite yet. My family are still getting much more (untagged) spam that before the incident.
