New style Help Assistant

After a brief look at the new style Help Assistant, it seems to be an improvement over the old one and raising a ticket is much easier now. However, there's a cosmetic bug: the Search box overlaps "My Questions". I'm using Firefox 1.5.0.7, anyone else seeing this problem?

It appears fine in IE7. (Beta3 - will upgrade at some stage - I promise Wink )Although I don't have any questions open, so perhaps that could be why?

Hi there,

I've passed this onto the guys responsible for the changes, who are looking into it. Thanks for the feedback.

Yep, if you have open questions, info appears at the top right and part of it is underneath the Search box.

Hi guys,

I've been advised that this is a stylesheet issue, and pressing control and F5 will sort it for you. Smiley

Let me know if it doesn't.

You may well snigger James but Mandy was actually correct as far as Firefox is concerned

Ctrl+F5 reloads the page and overrides the browser cache. The difference is stunning, well done guys Cool
