The Message-ID header suggests that it was sent twice and not that my server processed it twice.

New phone packages

I got it twice.

Thing that had me chuckling was this statement:

One Force9 bill
When youve switched, youll just get one bill for your broadband, line rental and call charges. No separate bill from BT or anyone else. You will also have just one point of contact for customer service. Thats got to make things easier.

Who are they trying to kid?

email

I got the email 4 times...

Now why would I want a line rental the same as BT when I can get it for less than BT from other providers if I chose to switch?!

And the way customer service is going with F9 would I want more than my internet with you guys? um no...
