New mail box

Hi, I think I followed the instructions to the letter but I can't get access.
I'm trying to set up a new mail box on the spanglish.plus.com domain.
So the format of the new mailbox will be something like itzi@spanglish.plus.com.
This appears to be set up OK with the control panel but when I try to log into it using the correct password on webmail from the home page, the system tells me that is doesn't recognise the username or password.
Any suggestions?

Paul,

I have checked over the mail boxes on your account and they have been setup and are working correctly.

I have also sent an email to your default and itzi mail box and the email has been received OK.

I suspect that you have set up the acount username in your mail program incorrectly as it is a common occurance that customers make when using mail boxes for the first time or in the syntax the we specify.

In your mail account ensure that for the retrieval of the itzi mail have the username set up as follows:

spanglish+itze and the password is for the itzi mailbox.

Glad to hear it. Thanks for the feedback.

Now you can create new identities in Outlook Express that will cater for the email that gets sent to a specific mail box or create message rules in your current identity so that all email sent to a mail box goes to a specific folder.
