New customer needed assistance

I am desperatly trying to get my account connected.

I tried calling the support team but after waiting 35 mins I gave up trying.

I dont have the net as I am a new customer and can only access when im at a friends house.

How do I chase things up? Apparently my card details were incorrect so the connection never got started and as i dont have the net i couldnt check the numerous emails telling me this. I then got an email saying its cancelled but if i update the card details it would auotomatically start up again. On monday I updated the details, got an email saying this had been done, but on my account summary it is still saying it is incorrect. Could someone at plusnet please help or i will just let it cancel and i'll go with another provider.

In my experience the only people you can talk to are the sales team, so try them, good luck.
