New billing period started, but usage not reset?

My billing period stated again today, but despite the VMU system saying it has begun a new period the usage meter on the main page is still stuck saying peak usage is still in effect - is this normal :?:

If you check the list of "tickets" you may see the billing one, but there should also be a "usage reset" message.

Sometimes there can be a number of hours between being billed and having usage reset.

I often found it puzzling my usage was not zero as soon as money was paid!

There was a problem with the usage not being reset last month and the billing period being screwed up - I am concerned that the billing (the date the money leaves my bank) and usage reset dates are out of sync....

Guys,
If it's any consulation, you're not alone. It's happened to me too Wink . I have a "question" in about it but all that's happened is 1st line have escalated it internally. No actual fix as yet Cry

I must confess all these issues are creating "credibility" problems over the VMBU. If PlusNet can't get that right then their whole network managment policy fails, IMHO.
