New WebMail - Multi Account Problem

When I go through 'Tools' in the new WebMail and look at MultiAccounts, I find that I already appear to have 2 accounts with other ISPs - but with no names or other details. Then when I try to enter details for EMail from another ISP there is no discernable following action.

Is this a known problem - if so, what is the answer? ... Or am I the only person having this problem?
