New Vision Group Website Access

My name is Stuart. I have been experiencing problems with accessing a number of sites, which are all hosted by a company named New Vision. I have an open ticket from April 7th, and whilst customer support are trying to help me, a solution has not been found. I am interested to know whether there are a large number of Plusnet customer who have the same problem, as new Vision state that the problem is with Plusnet, and not with them. I know of three other Plusnet users in my area (Cumbria) who have the same problem as me. Some of the websites are:
www.guestlink.co.uk
www.golakes.co.uk
www.roomcheck.co.uk
At present I am not able to access these sites - they time out. Please let me know if you have the same problem (or otherwise). Thank you in advance for your help.

Straight in on all sites.

Bit of lag on the last one due to it being a bit too busy for a front page IMO.

Using Firefox 1.5.0.3 / Win XP / ZoneAlarm Pro / NOD32.

I am able to see all 3 websites

But as regards to your issue its likely that your line or should i say account needs a woosshhh as they call it have support done that for you yet?

So to speak this "woosshhh " as they call it should flush any techy problems like that out of ya account Wink

Also do you have any other PC in your home/work you can try these websites on as its possible that it might also be a internet options issue.

It also could be a firewall issue you have expesiliy if its ZoneAlarm you have.

Im sure this has all been tryied but werth just iliminating these things Wink

No problem with any of the three. Problems of this nature in the past have sometimes been down to particular IP ranges being blocked. I'm on 80.229.7.Huh
