Just out of interest, what is a VMBU? A quick google search threw up nothing obvious.

Ah ok, I'll go right ahead and assume that it'll be a tool that lets you...errrm...view your broadband usage Wink

I'm currently waiting for my BB+ account to be activated and hardware to arrive etc., but after reading the forums about peak time issues, I think I'd rather switch to a Premier account, the extra £5/month or so seems like it'd be worth it.

I know it's possible to do this online, but would it be better to wait until after my line has been activated before switching it over? Or would it be ok to do it now?

Hi Paul,

Once your account is active you'll be able to view how much you are using via the VMBU tool, it's over on the left under connection settings.

If you want to upgrade to Premier then I would say wait until your account is active and you can do it via the portal using the Upgrade link at the top of the page.
