New VMBU Usage Hasn't Been Reset`

I have just been changed to the new VMBU in accordance with my billing date but it is showing several gigabytes of usage across peak and off peak. Why hasn't my limits been reset back to zero?

Is this just me or is anyone else having this problem?

I've the exact opposite situation. My usage is telling me there is no usage date - and that's now nearly 10 days since my billing date!!! The message says it could take at long as 2 hours to catch up - must be a base 120 numeric system Wink

Hi,

There is a problem with VMBU at the moment, I think it's still a couple of days behind. It should be catching up (it processes the data quicker than real time) and the developers are keeping a close eye on it. Not sure how long it will take to catch up but update status when we have more information.
